Yes, it’s true. Kids probably know more about computers in grade school than we did in college. But there is one skill we have and the kids still need to learn - how to touch type the QWERTY keyboard. Where I learned how to type in 9th Grade, kids today need to learn in 2nd. The best website I’ve seen and our kids love is called BBC Dance Mat Typing. Kids graduate through the typing levels following cartoon goats, hippos and cats with British accents. Very groovy...
